The Right Team for the Right Job
Directly and through our review partner network, we can staff any size and type of review, both in the U.S. and in Asia. We can also provide specialty reviewers to supplement the team or fully staff the project from start to finish.
Our review teams are staffed by U.S.-licensed attorneys who are trained to use Catalyst Insight, ensuring that your review will run smoothly. Each is personally interviewed before hiring to make sure we have the right candidate for the job.
In addition, we go out of our way to place reviewers whose legal backgrounds are relevant to each review, for subject-matter proficiency, while also striving to have the same reviewers work on all of a given client’s matters, for consistency and continuity.
Testing and Quality Control
As part of initial training, we test individual reviewers to ensure they understand the project and review parameters. We also perform regular QC checks to determine the accuracy of responsive and non-responsive calls, privilege determinations, issue tagging and family or thread consistency.
Reviewers who don’t meet our test criteria are given additional training to bring their work into conformance. Where additional testing fails, the reviewers are assigned to other projects or dropped from the team.
Integrate Counsel into the Process
Catalyst's powerful review module allows you to integrate counsel and your corporate team into the review process. Lead counsel can work with our consultants to develop defensible search and analytical methods to cull documents and target review teams. Documents can be batched and assigned for review and then routed automatically for further levels of review and QC. Productions can be processed right from the review repository, which can then be used throughout the litigation process.
Ultimately, we can customize the review workflow to ensure that our review teams can take advantage of all the powerful features that make Catalyst Insight unique. You benefit from a better review at a lower cost.
