Investment Banker Brings Expertise in Business and Financial Services

NEW YORK—February 20, 2013—Catalyst Repository Systems, Inc., a pioneer in cloud-based document repositories for e-discovery and other complex legal matters, today announced that Robert Anderson, a vice president of FTV Capital, has joined its board of directors.

Based in FTV Capital’s San Francisco office, Mr. Anderson has investment responsibilities in business services, financial services and payments and transaction processing.

Prior to joining FTV Capital, he was an investment banking analyst within the financial institutions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. There, he focused on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and capital raising transactions for asset management and financial technology companies.

Mr. Anderson has a bachelor’s degree in economics and a certificate in finance from Princeton University.
