Presented by Catalyst and Corporate Counsel magazine.
Are you struggling to pull good metrics on legal spending? You're not alone. In fact, a 2016 Altman Weil survey found that while 39% of law departments report collecting and analyzing management metrics to improve efficiency, only 6.6% report getting real value from those efforts.
Corporate legal departments often track the status and progress of their matters using email and spreadsheets. While these tools can do the job, they are hard to manage and the potential for mistakes is high. In addition, they can’t provide the kinds of metrics and key performance indicators needed to control costs and effectively manage ongoing matters.
This on-demand webinar explores new processes for getting oversight of outside legal spending, and e-discovery in particular. Expert speakers will share best practices and discuss case studies for how they’re centralizing to better manage costs.
You will gain a greater understanding of how to:
- Leverage technology to get more oversight of outside spend
- Standardize your practices to reduce costs and mistakes
- Track the metrics that will get you the best visibility
- Gain business intelligence with real-time reporting and matters
