CLE-eligible webinar

In an internal investigation, allegations of potential employee misconduct or company wrongdoing can turn from rumor to front page news quickly. Responding with speed and agility to identify the facts and communicate a timely message can help you contain a potential crisis.

How should general counsel and their legal operations teams prepare to respond to a crisis? In this webinar, legal, technology and crisis management experts will offer strategies to help you quickly and properly respond to and contain a crisis. You’ll learn:

  1. How to conduct an internal investigation that identifies and distills critical facts while maintaining its integrity despite the obstacles frequently present in this process.
  2. How to quickly locate and analyze the relevant electronically stored information to streamline your investigation.
  3. The considerations behind—and importance of timing around—internal and external messaging

The live webinar is eligible for CLE. We welcome your questions via the registration link. All attendees will receive a link to the recording and slides.
