As Enterprise Consultant, you will primarily be responsible for deepening and broadening Strategic Corporate client relationships, shoring existing accounts and identifying and driving revenue growth opportunities. In this capacity, you will also be responsible for helping ideate and productize new client solutions, potentially including both services and technology. With a deep understanding of existing and potential solutions, this role will also support strategic sales for current and prospective clients. This position reports to the VP, Enterprise Solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Retain / Deepen Strategic Corporate Client Relationships: Elevate delivery of professional services, particularly for Strategic Corporate clients, through improved communication and professionalism. Professionalism includes competency, integrity, accountability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and maintaining a positive image – ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Provide product and market guidance, deepening status as clients’ trusted advisor for e-Discovery, ELM, and all other data management needs. Strategic Corporate client retention goal is 90% or greater.
  • Ideate / Prioritize / Productize New Client Solutions: Meet with current and prospective clients, with a focus on Strategic Corporate clients, to identify opportunities and potential solutions. Work with professional services, product management and engineering teams to prioritize solutions, define business requirements, and help drive repeatable and scalable productization – including coordination with marketing and sales.
  • Grow Strategic Corporate Client Revenue: Elevate delivery of professional services and identify and drive new client solutions, helping grow revenue across Strategic Corporate clients.
  • Support Strategic Sales: Deliver product and market guidance. Support strategic opportunities through consultative sales, helping drive prospective clients to Strategic Corporate status.

Exhibits an appropriate sense of constructive energy and focus, particularly related to Strategic Corporate client relationships.
  • Market Knowledge: Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the broad e-Discovery, ELM, EDRM marketplace and serves as an expert on the needs of corporate e-Discovery – identifying and pursuing new areas of expertise as Catalyst’s solutions evolve.
