Attending Legaltech? Here’s Your Guide to Seeing Insight Enterprise in Action

Catalyst_Insight_Enterprise_LogoEarlier this month, Catalyst launched a new product designed exclusively for corporate e-discovery, Insight Enterprise. We’ve been telling you about its features in a series of blog posts. Now is your chance to see it first hand, if you will be attending Legaltech in New York next week.

Throughout the conference, Catalyst staff will be on site in the exhibit hall, demonstrating Insight Enterprise and other Catalyst products.  Find them at Booth 1411. The exhibit hall is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 31 and Feb. 1, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb. 2. It is located on the second floor of the New York Hilton.

So What Will I See?

Come to the Catalyst booth for a demonstration of the features and capabilities of Insight Enterprise. Launched Jan. 10, Insight Enterprise is a secure e-discovery management platform designed specifically to help corporations reduce the total cost of discovery by centralizing and simplifying their e-discovery matters.

Insight Enterprise is a multi-matter platform for legal departments to manage all their discovery for litigation, investigations and compliance. It is designed to cover the heart of the EDRM—from automated collection and legal hold, through processing, search, analytics, review, production and reporting.

During the demonstration, you’ll learn about the six key components of Insight Enterprise:

  • Legal Holds and Collections, supporting remote document collections and centralized legal hold administration.
  • Insight Core, a central holding and processing place for company documents, from which they can be promoted to individual matters as needed.
  • Insight Matters, separate sites to support search, analysis, review and productions in individual matters.
  • Machine Learning and Analytics, integrated artificial intelligence to accelerate and enhance analysis, review and organization of documents and data.
  • Cross-Matter Management, enabling corporations to create customized workflows to manage Insight Core and individual matters.
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting, providing legal departments with a virtually unlimited array of customizable reporting on data maintained in the Core and in individual matters.

You’ll also be able to talk to members of the Catalyst Professional Services team, who help clients get the most out of Insight Enterprise.

But What If I’m Not In-House?

Plenty to see at the Catalyst booth, even if you are not an in-house lawyer.

Catalyst staff will also be available to demonstrate Catalyst Insight, Catalyst’s advanced e-discovery search and review platform, and Insight Predict, its award-winning engine for Technology Assisted Review.

New to see at Legaltech will be the just-released enhanced document viewer in Catalyst Insight. A major usability improvement, the new viewer enhances viewing and editing of documents in near-native formats. That means greater efficiency among reviewers and a better experience for redacting, highlighting and annotating documents.

You will also be able to learn about a just-published report from the 2016 Text Retrieval Conference (TREC) showing the effectiveness of Insight Predict’s Continuous Active Learning protocol in finding relevant documents without the need for initial training by subject matter experts. In the TREC example, Predict found 80 percent of relevant documents after reviewers looked at only 800 out of 290,000 documents – with only minimal training not using an SME.

Sounds Good But I’m Not Registered for Legaltech

If you have not yet registered for the conference, there is still time. This year, Legaltech is part of a larger event billed as Legalweek, The Experience. It offers seven areas of focus presented as events-within-an-event: LegalExecutive, LegalCIO, LegalPros, LegalMarketing, LegalSmallFirm, and LegalWomensForum in addition to the anchor of Legaltech, the world’s largest and longest-running legal technology show.

Purchase a master pass to get access to all seven areas of programming or, if you just want to visit the exhibit hall, you can purchase an exhibits pass for just $45 that includes attendance at Legaltech keynotes, super sessions, and the emerging technology track. Other registration options are also available, all spelled out on this page.

We look forward to seeing you in New York!
